PDT Property Services Ltd was incorporated on April 2022 when three friends Joe Pilkington(P), Andrian Darii (D) and Gheorghe Tartarciuc (T) realised that they had the skills, Knowledge and experience to create a building and refurbishment company that could really drive building excellence and a customer service ethos that was second to none in London and the surrounding counties. In the short time since, the team has expanded and PDT works with architects, blue chip commercial landlords and agents and private homeowners delivering on our promise that it is "your property, our pride". We pride ourselves in putting the client at the heart of the project, listening to them, bringing ideas to life never imposing "Our way" The mindset is set in stone, we are delivery "your project", no matter the budget.

Our team now comprises of an outstanding cohort of tradespersons, and administrative staff, led by our Operations Manager, an experienced and qualified FM manager and the company recently split to create two distinctive divisions, Maintenance and Projects, meaning that your needs will be served by a dedicated team. We recently launched PDT Electrical Services, led by our Electrical Director with 25 Years of experience as an NICEIC qualified electrician.
